Currently 2-3 on a road trip against losing teams. The Angels have a string of bad teams and they're not losing. We need some help.

Tucker crushing. Our middle field duo couldn't sniff a hit. Both still look super confident at the plate.

Win the next 2 and finish it up with a sweep

We lost two games to teams' very good aces on the road this week. Only the Sunday loss sucked, but these "bad teams" are not easy outs in the American League. None of them are. Boston is a very good team whenever they get decent starting pitching. And that Kluber guy is pretty good.

Krauss just homered for Detroit in his first AB. I think he's the next J.D. Martinez.

I'm encouraged with what Vince showed tonight and the last few starts in general. He seems to be making progress pretty quickly

I don't think I'm being too reactionary. We're .500 on the road. Since the 10 game win streak, we've played slightly above .500 ball.

The Angels were the pre-season favorite and they're starting to play like that team. They're gonna give us a battle. The one time 6.5 game division lead is down to 2.5 games.

Only four teams in the AL are over .500 on the road, and three of them are under .500 at home.

Yeah, and that's pretty much who we are. I think we can win 86-90 games this year depending on the overall streaks.

Yeah, we all knew it would come down to them and us. They are having a hot streak against the relatively soft spot of their away schedule (Rangers and now Rockies).

I still like our team more than theirs. We have reinforcements and trades coming soon as well.

This team was expected to be a .500 team at best at the start of the season. If we finish 86-76 AJ should be manager of the year.

So we have Straily in long relief at the end of the week. That's fine.

I guess VV is back for the back end of the Rangers series after the break. Straily won't start again after the break any time soon.

Damn, that sucks. I thought he had turned the corner these last three starts. If the bullpen would have stranded VVs last base runner in his start against KC, he would have had 3 quality starts in a row after tonight.
