Today is the day we've all been impatiently waiting for, Alex Bregman is here and apparently sleeping on Correa's couch.

I love that Correa took him in and he was hanging out with LMJ and CC. That is good leadership. Hope bregman rakes the hell out of the ball.

Anyone want to take a guess at where Bregman will be playing tonight? 3rd or LF? My guess is LF. And can someone explain to me why Tucker is not an option at 1st?

It's probably because the Astros liked Reed and then White there instead over the past year. I heard a scout last night on podcast say "Tucker may be the first baseman they're looking for, honestly." So we'll see next year.

I think gurriel could play 1b this year when he comes up. Gives us our best defense with Val at 3b and began in lf. Tucker can dh.
If we don't resign Val gurriel could play 3Rd or lf next year. I think the offseason on helps them decide who they like better defensively.
Could have bregman at 3rd and gurriel at 1b next year.

Not hearing much noise about any Astros deals for pitchers. I hope we can make an impact move to get lefty relief help and potentially a 2 starter. Could be the difference in the division because it's damn certain the Rangers are going to add.

I would be surprised to see breg in the 2 spot for his first game. Hinch normally starts call ups in the 6-9 spot for a few games. He even did it with correa. I hope he is in the 2 spot, but I would be surprised.
