4 of those aren't even prospects? What kind of list is that?

Neither would I, I've been wanting Fulmer for a while but I know some don't agree. I think he has top of the rotation potential and we don't have a guy like that in the system.

The thing is if they don't draft Rodgers what bat is worth the #2 pick? I think that's too high for Breg, tucker, daz or any other bats unless they cut a big deal which I am not against. If they don't draft Rodgers with that pick I hope they go with tate.

If I was Lunhow I would draft Rodgers at 2 and Tucker at 5.Im sure tucker will take a little bit of a cut on his signing bonus to play in the same system as his brother.

Because he is projecting him as a reliever? His stuff is good enough to start but that delivery take a ton of effort. I've seen the Illinois reliever get mocked to us at 2 and 5 in different mocks and that scares me

Sonny Gray was underrated, too. TIFWIW

That said, I have been very big on Tate's potential for awhile. Not sure where his stock stands.

I would love fulmer at 37 but not at 5.Just because his delivery scares me a little bit and think he will be a closer. Im not a pro scout but in high school and a few years after I worked for a area scout for the cardinals and learned alot watching games with him.Thats why I love the draft and prospects.

Yeah you have to trust the experts when it comes to projecting health and durability. Thoughts on Tate?

I like that he doesn't have a lot of innings on his arm.But I think he will have to stay in the minors awhile to work on his stamina and control.I also think he needs to develop his change up a lot.

Agreed on all points but I like that he has two legit plus pitches now. The change up has actually come along quickly already despite limited usage as well. Tate would definitely benefit from the tandem system.

I could talk the draft and prospects all day. This is my favorite time of the year for sports.I just like bats at the top of the draft. To me a hitter is easier to project than a pitcher.

That's why I love Tucker's little brother. I really want the Astros to grab him at 5.

I love tucker. He has such an easy swing and the ball explodes off of his bat.The scary thing is he has a 55 power tool now and i think he could have a 65 to 70 when he puts on more weight.

I see the "lesser" Tucker now and want him to be part of a championship core. I sure as hell want his even more naturally gifted brother.

I'm officially concerned about McHugh. He is not locating well enough, and he hasn't for weeks.
