How about Springer bailing Gregerson's bitch arse out last night?
How about Feliz doing his thing again?
Winning is fun, the Astros should keep winning.

The Dbacks could have made this a good series if they would just be smart on the bases... good grief

You Houston guys yall give me some insight. Have a room booked and tickets for this weekends games. Any chance the flooding stops me from getting to the hotel and walking to the games?

Really like that lineup
I still want Kemp in the 6 spot.
The way it is now, 6,7,8 are just black holes sucking the life of any type of rally.

Keep in mind if you want a Rasmus bobblehead Saturday it's only for 10,000 fans so you prob wanna show up around 1:00
Today might be smallest crowd of the season with this weather. Hope everyone is staying dry. Getting pretty bad up here off Cypresswood

6 spot?! I don't understand why u want him there. We need someone in the 6 spot to drive in Correa/Gattis/Altuve, Kemp is perfect in the 9 hole as a 2nd leadoff guy

I went back on Twitter to see if hinch made any comments about gregerson post game and this is all I could find from mcdbaggart
Doesn't sound very promising in terms of replacing him as closer

Hinch said he's been "fatiguing" Gregerson. "It wasn't his best night, wasn't a great night for me to put him in that position."

I thought Castro would be back in the lineup today against the RHP and Gattis having caught two in a row. Could he be dealing with something minor?

He's sick, battling the flu I think

Exactly my point -- How many times this season have the Astros had a runner on 3rd with less than 2 outs only to get nothing out of it? How many GIDPs?
They need someone that can move the runners. Kemp increases the chances of that significantly with his better approach of making contact and his speed. Rasmus, Gattis, Val, Gomez (and even Gonzales) strike out entirely too much. It is extremely difficult to score runs with two outs. It is impossible to score runs with 3 outs. Putting Kemp in the middle of the bigger bats increases the chances of moving the runners.
Switching Altuve and Springer in the lineup has worked magic. Why do people think we will get better/different performance out of the 6,7,8 spots with the same exact bats there?

You're probably right. But on the other hand, Hinch is such a wimp, and a "professional" - he'd never through Gregs under the bus. If he came out and said, "look, that was a shitty decision because I *know* Gregs can't handle that part of their lineup. Seriously, I don't know WTF I was thinking.", he'd lose the club house.

I'm pretty sure all the players have a deep fear and respect for Hinch. As well as the opposing managers.
