Brian McCann said the Astros are just a bunch of scared ladyboys. Yankees won't need to commit base path violations to beat the Astros back into their rightful hole in the bottom of the majors.

I think you're out of luck man, unless you want to use Unlocator to hide your IP. MSU can probably tell you more.
Really enjoyed Tucker's and White's ABs yesterday. Tuck has been hitting the ball hard all spring and continued that yesterday. White got behind on a couple of weak swings, but adjusted mid AB to get a hit to center. All hail tKing

Read up on it. You'll be able to watch the Stros on any device except an IPad with their IP blocker

I can't wait for Go Go to blast one to left center, and then McCann's tears flood home plate because he thinks Carlos celebrated too much.
I hope McCann is waiting at the plate and Gomez daps and in the process headbutts McCann unconscious.

Former Umps take on the call
quote:
Correa was wrong to be running in fair territory, and he might have drawn an interference call if the Yankees had played it smart. But he is definitely not violating the interference rule the way the play unfolded.
6.05(k) In running the last half of the distance from home base to first base, while the ball is being fielded to first base, he runs outside (to the right of) the three foot line, or inside (to the left of) the foul line, and in the umpire's judgment in so doing interferes with the fielder taking the throw at first base…
Note, the interference rule is for the first baseman, not the thrower. In this case, the throw was not catchable, so Correa did not interfere with the first baseman ability to take the throw. If the pitcher plunks Correa in the back, we might have interference. The first baseman would have to have been impeded getting to the ball. Even if the rule were based on interfering with the thrower,
Teixeira was stretched toward second and set up a target to the inside of the bag. The ball was not thrown there, and even if it had been, there’s a good chance Correa beats the throw. No way can you reward that throw at the MLB level by calling Correa out
Umps are really out to get the home team Yankees on opening day I am sure.

Think it was said yesterday but I think gomez should move down in the lineup to like 7 or 8. I think he will be fine but if tucker keeps improving he should be the 4 or 5 hole guy

I love it when Yankees "fans" try to talk shite when it's clear the only connection they have to the team is when their momma bought them a Yankees cap for their eighth birthday because it was the only team left on the rack at Walmarts.
Seems they are the sort to be the saltiest of fans when the Yankees lose.
ETA: cue the "I'm a Yankees fan becaus blah blah blah " bullshite that no one cares about in 3,2,1....

Umpire Says Yankees Pitcher Should Have Pegged a Baserunner Yesterday
It was the correct call.
quote:
DeMuth explained to a pool reporter that because Teixeira was not impeded from catching the ball, there was no interference. Asked if Betances’ only choice was to throw the ball into the runner’s back, DeMuth said: “Do it. Throw it into the runner’s back.
It was the correct call.

I hardly remember Correa even celebrating? Am I remembering this completely wrong?

It was the one Gomez hit in the WC game I thought
"Go Go" is Gomez
"Go Go" is Gomez
