Why did you Rocket homers expect anything different this time?

Well before this series, D'Antoni was 4-16 against Pop in the playoffs. So he has already won more games in this series than his average.

If the Rockets can't win this series with a Gimpy Kawhi and no Tony Parker then Morey/D'Antoni both need to go

He had one timeout left and didn't use it after the jump ball on the last play. You could tell the Spurs were all over what they were planning. Shoulda took a timeout, bad coaching

Pop and the Spurs are really good year after year.

Why are you acting like it's a knock to have had trouble with the Spurs?

Oh nevermind... you just wanted to troll.

Sorry. We thought you had higher expectations than being mediocre. That's our fault.

Very true but I think his point is that everything has fell into place for a Houston win and they aren't getting it done.

Rockets had the 3rd best record in the NBA and the Spurs the 2nd best record. And they're playing each other right now. And the series isn't over. Far from mediocre.

You need better arguments even if you are looking to troll.

This is the kind of thread that gets bumped after Houston wins in 7.

i thought dantoni called a pretty good game last night. they are not without their own roster issues right now.

he was active on the sidelines and in the gameplan from my perspective.

interesting that the small lineup for SA has more success than putting two big on the floor without Nene

It's more an indictment of how charmin soft Gasol and Aldridge are.

Pop has 3+ highly sought after assistants on his staff. coach d well he has none. All that Brainpower and it took em 3 games to realize Murray shouldn't be playing. when CC wins the series Pop will get no blame. Just the way it is. No other coach in any sport is immune to criticism like pop. And I'm a huge pop fan.
