Dan Lebatard has ruined my midday radio

I used to not like him but now I know he's just a regular guy who doesn't have a lot of sports knowledge but has a good grasp of how people and society work.

And he gets paid good money to talk about it.

He's overpaid and I applaud him for that.

On their first show in the new slot the Tuesday after Labor Day, they spent about an hour reading tweets that were hating on them.
It was pretty funny

He's kind of like Cowherd, and I like Cowherd. Talks generally about sports, makes comparisons, tries to talk big picture, etc. And he gets paid big money to do it.

It sounds like they both hit the jackpot to me. Where else can you be employed where a lot of people think you're terrible at your job but still click on your links and watch/listen to your show because they don't want to hear the same Luke Bryan or Nikki Minaj song 5 times a day?

They are pretty much abandoning radio. They've let all their big talent walk and pulled SVP for TV. That shows radio is not a priority for them.

He sucks

I don't mind his show. He and Stugotz are one of the few shows that don't take themselves to serious and don't have a self important view of themselves. It's basically the opposite of Colin Cowherd and that's fine with me
