Crazy Hit at end of SB XXXII

Atwater hit
Second to last play of the game. Packers driving for tying score with just about a minute left. Atwater delivers a huge hit that would probably have him ejected and suspended now. Brooks the receiver ducks his head at the last second to avoid being decapitated and Jamie hilliard takes the punishment killshot. Brooks also took some damage and all three players laid out on the field for a couple minutes.
The Packers had one more 4th down play and Mobley broke up the pass to end it.
If that play had happened nowadays that hit would be all they are talking about for weeks.

I still remember seeing this play live as a young boy...it was a vicious hit. Stuck with me ever since.
