Since when is an ESPN researcher considered a tout? I wasn't aware he was selling picks, just giving them away on the ESPN podcast and the Chalk website.
I consider anyone who shills for touts to be no better than the touts themselves

Man MGM books suck
I've been to MGM Grand, Luxor, Mandalay Bay this morning and none have CFB on their odds boards and the printout sheets are at least a week stale
Makes it hard to line shop.

Go to Cosmo, Wynn, Mirage or Bellagio
Mgm is the worst

Damnit I'm late to this thread but excited about another year of pretending I'm making money. New job blocks sports sites including TD, so I'm limited in what I can do during the day. Have to use my phone, which sucks. So I might end up just tailing picks most weeks.
I know Alabama is the squarest of all square plays, but I really like them in week one games. Also I'm intrigued by south Carolina this year. I think they could be so bad and artificially inflated that they should be on auto fade... but I also have a lot of trouble trusting Derreck Mason to win a game.
Last thought is that I usually like to pick some big dogs to cover in week one. Looking for favorites that traditionally lay off the gas or like to sleepwalk. I see Charlotte mentioned... anyone else that jumps out?

Went to Bellagio and Mirage and neither have CFB odds on the board
I can look up Wynn/Cosmo lines on my phone. MGM keeping me in the dark. I like MGM because they shade the most toward public favorites so I try to play dogs at MGM.
Edit: just got a nice lady at Mirage to print me out our current MGM lines

Weird. I was there three weeks ago and they had them all up. One of my online sites took lines down for about 2 hours this morning, I wonder if it's related.
I just read about the USC LT this morning. Did everyone else already know about his plantar fasciitis?

Also got LSU -9.5 here and Clemson -7
Headed to RED ROCK to get Rutgers +27 and Fresno State +29

what is this?

Red rock has the same lines as every other station casino. Palace station is a lot closer

I'd go to palace station but I'm having lunch at the Red Rock buffet

Took them at +39.5 yesterday
I could have gotten them at Palms at +40 but it was too late. At this high of a spread it shouldn't be a bif deal. Let's hope for a 49-10 final

Tailing this. I also like Bama and I'm hoping the LSU spread gets to 9.5
Still looking to make two other bets.

Nugget, have you seen any NCAAF player props out there? None were posted when I was there. I'm looking for the Calvin Ridley Receiving yards prop, specifically.

Should have listened and gone to Palace Station, time I got to Red Rock line is at Rutgers +26.5. My spreadsheet says that 26.5 is the same as 27, but this guarantees a 37-10 final score.

I have only seen very basic prop bets so far. Books are behind the curve for some reason. Haven't even seen a book with parlay cards out yet. Although I understand they print the parlay cards as close to Thursday as possible as to not have stale lines sitting on there all week that players can take advantage of.

Can someone send me a template for a spreadsheet I could use for this season.

Just parlayed: UCLA +3.5, SoMiss +6.5, OU -11, ND -3.5

Who was the guy that posted all his stuff on here last year? He linked His data each week and I used it pretty successfully.
