College Football Podcasts...what are some good ones?

It's about the time of year where all I want to consume is college football content. I actively listen to the Solid Verbal and Audible but want to know if there are any others? Any specific to college football betting would be ideal as well.

Behind the bets is great. Just wish it was longer.

If you have TuneIn radio, I'd suggest actively searching local sports talk stations of the team you're interested in (Austin, Tuscaloosa, South Bend, Chapel Hill, etc).
As far as national podcasts, I really only know of College Football Live and Gameday.
I'd be interested to know in some national podcasts as well.

Steven Godfrey and Bill Connelly from SB Nation put on 'Podcast Ain't Played Nobody'. It's pretty good.

One of my friends recommended that one so I added it to the list

I would check out fantasy college football podcasts.

I'm a huge fan of Bruce Feldman the audible. Fox sports IMO has better insight than ESPN

What is the best way to access podcasts?
Directly online, through an app, etc. I'm semi-ashamed to admit that I have no idea about how podcasts work.

Really? I think their podcast is so stale and boring. They clearly have an incredible wealth of knowledge and insight into CFB, but damn their podcast is not the free-flowing conversation you get from expert podcasters (if that's a term )

I just started listening and it's great. I should include the disclaimer that you have to like the absurdity of the SBNation guys. It's not for everyone.

Yea, I've been listening for about a year. It's not where you go for analysis. You go for a good laugh.
I'm not the biggest fan of the SBNation guys because they get overly preachy but when they stay on just football, it's pretty good.

The Solid Verbal is trash imo

+1. Don't expect X's and O's, but it captures everything that's great about CFB.

Athlon Cover Two and Championship Drive are good. I normally don't care much for ESPN products but Championship has for years been given much autonomy from the mother ship in Bristol.

Ty and Dan can get really annoying but I think in terms of production value, it's good. I only start listening when they start previewing teams and during the season. Other than that, I have no use for them other than that.

quote:How so? They balance between talking about CFB and talking about everyday life. During the offseason you can't really talk about the in's/out's of college football on every episode.
The Solid Verbal is trash imo
