Coaches voluntarily switching teams in Professional Sports

I was discussing this topic a few days ago with some friends, and we struggled to come up with good examples. I think the Red Sox manager was hired away from the Blue Jays last year, but other than that, I could not think of a coach who willingly left his pro team for another (Doc Rivers would not count).
Any others in recent memory I am forgetting?

Belichick from NYJ to NE "I resign as HC of NYJ".

So basically any coach going to another team that doesnt' involve being fired?
Pro sports isn't really my forte but it seems like that would happen a good bit.
