Lower back compression due to a heavy burden on his conscience.

He only schedules surgery when he figures they will have a bad season like he did last time.

Coach K is the most self-serving coach in college basketball and that is saying a lot.

Pmt called this a couple of weeks ago. K's health is directly related to Duke's win %.

He's done with Allen.

And this happens 2 days after they get run out of the gym by Virginia Tech.

Threw out his back throwing Allen over his knee for his punishment.

Should've went the laying on the floor and coaching route Billy Donovan took.

In 1995 Coach K left the team citing back problems and exhaustion. Pete Gaudet filled in for the remainder of the season, and Duke struggled to a 4-15 finish and missed the NCAA tournament.

K saw to it that those losses were put on Gaudet's record.
