Clackamas County DA on Luke Heimlich juvenile conviction

Additionally, Omaha World Herald writer Tom Shatel is not welcoming Heimlich to his city.

This pretty much kills any credibility this guy had. Phillips was as shitty of a human as it gets but he was revered in Nebraska.

I don't disagree with his viewpoint overall, but that statement about Phillips caught my attention.
