Now if people could just not talk about bartman goats black cats and curses we should have some good journalism talking about how the plan played out how great of a turn around this team made and how awesome theo Jed and Jason McLeod are (afraid he gets a gm job this year)

I think Joe is the right man to get it past this.
I'm a firm believer that environment affects performance and I truly believe in the recent past playoff appearances for the Cubs it has.
But Joe's personality is really a game changer I think. It is infectious and I think can really help transcend the nonsense.
The Cubs were so tight under Lou in his two playoff appearances it was painful to watch. We may not win the one game playoff but I don't think it will be because the team is too tight under Joe.
