So I guess Lebron told the owner to let go of the GM so he can bring in his person for the job.

Griffin taking the fall for those horrible contracts that he probably never supported or agreed to

Don't know why people assume he was pushed out.

Maybe he wanted to leave.

The front office as a whole runs the draft process and they don't have picks or cash to send in the upcoming draft.

Unless they have a trade on the table (which I think they do), their biggest task will be free agency.

I think this clears the way for a mega trade. Rivals teams will see them as vulnerable now and will try to take the new front office to the woodshed.

With Gilbert calling the shots and pressing for decision 2018, I see a major move coming in the next 3 days

Don't know if this is good for the Cavs but this has already been a highly entertaining offseason.

Lebron needs a black gm. Had to get whitey out of there.

David Aldridge @daldridgetnt What is very surprising: Cavs assistant GM Trent Redden, very highly respected around the league, is also out. Wow. Total house cleaning.
