Well this is a different conversation all together. If I were Chauncey I would decline this job. So much about building a team is about timing and luck, and both of those factors are not in the favor of whoever takes this job.

I think Lebron is out of the door. Let some other poor sucker take the heat until this team acquires a couple of decent first round picks then take the job.
