One more day till the best fight in boxing happens in Las Vegas, Nevada on HBOPPV. The weigh in is scheduled for 3:30 PM ET. This could determine the pound for pound number 1 ranking.
Canelo (49-1-1) coming off wins against Cotto, Khan, Chavez Jr. And Smith does best when his opponent takes he fight to him.
Golovkin (37-0) coming off wins over Jacobs, Lemieux, Monroe Jr., does best when coking forward and applying pressure. With the strengths playing into one another we are in for a hell of a fight... Maybe Hagler-Hearns 2.0?

Here are the first two HBO 24/7 Episodes to get you ready for fight night.
Episode One (HBO)
Episode Two (HBO)

Two God's of War.

Put yalls predictions below.

Canelo's not getting into a slugfest with GGG. He will use his jab and work the body. Golovkin will be more likely to try and blast him out. I'm curious to see how they look at the weigh in because I may change my prediction based on that.

Right now, give me Canelo via close decision.

Those two 247 episodes got me hyped as frick for this fight.

I'm not even a big boxing fan but I recognize that this should be a great fight.

I think Canelo's body work could be the difference but it is a really close fight. I don't think Canelo can control the fight with his jab as GGG has a superior jab.

Canelo-Chavez pulled in 1.2 Million PPV buys and this is an infinitely better than that.

People forget that Mexicans love Golovkin. They show up in big numbers whenever he fights on the west coast. This fight will produce good numbers.

But will it do better than UFC 23451789?

That's what idiots will ask.

I have canelo by decision or late round round tko.

He is superior in nearly every way but punching power and I think he puts on a show and jumps into boxing superstardom on Saturday

I just haven't seen anything from ggg that makes me think he is a superior fighter other than knocking out trash cans.

We shall see. Only thing I know is this is by FAR the best fighter that ggg has faced and it's not the same for canelo.

I don't even think Canelo is great per say. Just better than ggg
