And I'm certainly not arguing against the idea that it's blown out of proportion, but we have to remember this did happen in the workplace, that's kind of a big deal.
If any of us who work in a regular old workplace with HR said something similar, we may be fired, so it's not THAT crazy for this to become a thing.
