Bmac uses The Players' Tribune, a new media platform created by his former teammate to help athletes get their own opinions heard, to speak on a subject that has been talked about a lot on this board the last few days.

Very well done, and I agree with his stance.

They need to let the best players in and that is that. Its a shame guys like Bonds will probably never make it.

The steroid era players should get a fair shake and get in. MLB had to know that Sosa and McGwire, in '98, juiced but to me they let it slide because that season brought back the fan base that was lost from the mid 90s strike. Bonds should get in as well. Vote them in and let history judge.

He had some good points, but how could yot vote McGwire in but not Sosa? If steroids aren't an issue why is Fred McGriff in and not Rafael Palmeiro?
