Nope they will refuse it just like the Court of Appeals refused it. Less than 1% of cases ever get to the Supreme court and there has been no egregious error in law or widespread disagreements in application of the law in this case.

Thank you for explaining more or less how that works. I was wondering what ultimately determined which appeals were escalated and which were rejected. im guessing a shite ton of money doesn't hurt.
