So I guess the Pats and Brady are now thinking the NFL will win their appeal and 4 game suspension takes affect, even though the Pats and Brady already won once? Freaking crazy.

He's not losing the appeal and if he does there's another appeal right behind it

I keep hearing that. Um, I don't think the U.S. Supreme Court is taking this case. You mean, it can get appealed again after the appeals court kicks it back down to the District Court/NFL or something?

There's a ton of appeal processes before it gets on the Supreme Court desks. And they all take forever to happen.

Correction Brady brought them to court and won the appeal, but then the NFL appealed that decision and Brady may lose that appeal. Hes not losing the appeal he started.
