The NFL has so much variance year to year and the Cowboys have won 1 playoff game in 15 years. I'd say it's a bold prediction.
ETA: not to mention the loss of Orlando scandrick. Wouldn't be that huge if Claiborne weren't toast. Lost the rushing champ in free agency (so while I think McFadden will be an upgrade if healthy, it's still a variable to consider)

I still don't see how it materially changes the fact that winning a playoff game has been a scarce occurrence for the Cowboys for the better part of 2 decades.
It's not meant as a jab, for almost any team predicting a playoff win is a "bold" proposition. I actually think the Cowboys have quite the team.
