Has this turn of events for Syracuse been too much for him? Any chance we see him retire after Syracuse bows out in the ACC tournament?

I don't see him retiring. I know the media guys were defending him after our game giving the excuse that he didn't want to make it all about him. He's doing just that by not coming out and simply saying "I'm here, but I will not be answering questions about any sanctions".

They self imposed a tourny ban. Their season is over

What's the worst the NCAA can do to him? Suspend him?

He did the right thing to skip it as none of questions would've been about the game.

Today was not the time nor the place to address any of that.

Not sure why they don't fire him.

Lol so if we was coaching uk you'd want him fired? Or think for one second they would?

I have always liked Coach Boeheim, but I have to agree with your post

Yes, if he broke rules and got the school on probation.

They fired Sutton for putting them on probation. And fired Gillispie for a lot less than that. It'd be pretty consistent with what they've done in the past.

Sutton got fired because he got caught.
