Daryl Morey finished 7th. What a joke.
The Rockets grabbed the 2 seed in the West with a team full of key injuries, but James Harden isn't the MVP, and the coach and GM are given no credit. I'm glad there's not a vote for NBA Championships.

I would say the hiring of Kerr is why he won it. They improved 16 games over last year.

I absolutely am upset about this. What in the frick did the Golden State GM do? Fire a shitty coach and hire the guy everyone thought deserved an NBA job?
If Golden State has the best GM, second best coach, the most valuable player, second best defensive player, and the guy who scored 37 in a quarter, they should practically be undefeated.

Should've been David Griffin IMO, and that's totally ignoring the LeBron and Love moves. Getting Mosgov, Smith, and Shump for virtually nothing and dumping Waiters in the process totally changed the title picture in the East.

True.
Went from a lottery team to NBA title favorites in under a year. Only has 1 starter from the starting 5 last year and a new head coach.
People underrate what has happened to Cleveland since LeBron came there but it's a huge turn around. You don't have to give him credit for LeBron and K Love coming. Who cares. Still got JR Smith, Iman Shumpert, and Mozgov for Dion Waiters and a 1st round pick
What did the golden state exec do? Fire his head coach? Wow. nice!
