Last year the bluegrass is run on poly!

Next year it will be a relevant derby prep again

Looking forward to the return of Bayern. Love the hard-knocking Tapiture to win.

Millie Ball said months ago she expected a surprise from Mr Ramsey concerning Bobby's Kitten. I jumped.

36-1 in the futures pool 4

Well, if it rains on derby day it may more a turfer like the kitten up.

I love tapiture as well. Rosario is a good switch.

Interested to see what commissioner will do with a clean break.

We've got 2 running at keeneland today, one in the Shakertown and one in the Jenny Wiley.

While Bobby's Kitten is rightfully the favorite in the Blue Grass I also like Metsl Count and Asserting Bear.
I like Tapiture and Bayern. How will it be at the Derby with Steve Assmusun in with Tapiture.

I love medal count, had a win bet on him in the Transylvania.

Twitter says there is a lot of buzz about asserting bear, so don't expect a good price :(

Because I am a girl, I am allowed to bet horses based off looks, so I will throw a few down on dance with fate. He is STUNNING.

I don't think it will be any different than it will with him having the oaks favorite. PETA (the frickers) are counting in him going so they can release the worst of what they have that week.

What are the names of the horses y'all have running and are their chances worth a bet ?

Gantry is in the Shakertown (race 8) I really like him there. Only concern is post 13, but that is better than 1.

Class included is the 5 in the Jenny Wiley. May be worth a show bet because she is training lights out, but she's really in deep. Was hoping they'd wait for the doubledogdare next weekend instead.

She's easy to pick out. Will be the only bay with a bright gray tail.

Thanks northla

I'm going to lock up the office so I can catch his race on my phone.

They are in an all out drive with the ny times to end horse racing. Sent some cute girl in to sleep with asmussen's assistant and get dirt.

Hours upon hours edited down to seem bad. Talk of no pulse in a horse's foot as if foot is dead. No pulse is good, pulse means an issue. Talking of supplements as if they are illegal steroid type drugs.

Hell, my pleasure/sometimes show horse gets supplements.

Just not what racing needs at all.

I am no fan of PETA at all, but having seen what goes on in many of the equestrian disciplines as a vet, all I can say is that there are plenty of questionable practices out there, and let's all face it, Asmussen has always been more than questionable. However, no equestrian sport is worse than barrel racing. The amount of sheer crap that has been pumped into horses' systems in that sport is mind-boggling.

That's true, but PETA definitely tends to edit things down for themselves.

The buzzer talk is bad, and the paperwork talk is bad, but nothing else on that video was illegal.

I'm lucky I got a rare tb with great feet.

Also, I completely believe blasi when he says zayat wouldn't retire the horse. That guy is shady. Run a horse with abscesses, he ends up bolting and getting a soft tissue injury, have him end up with laminitis after the injury, then cash is on a mortality policy only to have the horse show up alive?

Not cool. I loved thorn song despite his unbridleds song blood. Glad to see he's happy standing in Cali.

Poor management of the racing facilities is a much bigger issue.

Don't even get me started on what Churchill has done with fairgrounds...

I'm glad Nola.com did their series of articles.

The place is going down fast.

Stakes action starting at keeneland. Wide open race here in the commonwealth. I'm interested to see what laugh track can do.

Very uncharacteristic bad run by gantry. Not sure what happened. Never moved comfortably.
