Betting games for the opening round of the Tourney?

We have a group of around 25 people who gather on the first friday of the Tourney at a local sports bar.
Does anyone have a low-stakes betting game(s) that could make the games a little more interesting?

Yeah they will post these things called spreads and then you guys can bet on them with each other

Just have everyone pick every game that day and throw in $10 and whoever wins the most takes home the cash. Or you could have a little bit for 2nd place too

One of the 25 guys has to have a bookie. Just bet small on a bunch of random games. 13 seed money lines.
