Best regular season teams for NFL, NHL, MLB, MLS, and now NBA didnt win the ship

Someone fact check me but:

NBA: GSW, Lost NBA Finals
NFL: 2007 Pats 16-0, Lost Superbowl
MLB: 1906 Cubs 116-36, Lost World Series (Modern Era: 2001 Mariners 116-46, Lost ALCS)
NHL: 1996 Detroit Redwings 62-13-7, 131 points, Lost WCF
MLS: 1998 LA Galaxy 24-8, 68 Points, Lost Conference Finals

cubs gonna change that from 1906 to 2016 here in a few months, too

That is why I put a bigger emphasis in point differential in determining the GOAT-level teams. Almost all of the teams with the highest point differential in their sports history ended up winning championships.

NBA: 1972 Lakers (Won Championship)
NHL: 1977 Canadiens (Won Championship)
MLB: 1939 Yankees (Won Championship)
NFL: 2007 Patriots (Lost Super Bowl)

The only team that failed to win a championship was the 2007 Patriots.
