Would Takeo Spikes be up for consideration? London Fletcher?
Not sure if serious
I'm guessing CB would be Bailey and Ross from KC
LB would be who? I can't think maybe Suggs? Maybe the Dome Patrol as a group? But did Mills play in one for Carolina or was he coaching?

Well Patrick Willis hasn't played in one yet and neither of those are his level.

Cortez Kennedy or Jerome Brown probably best DL?
John Randle.
I think he is the all time leader in sacks for a defensive tackle. Made the Hall of Fame just 2 years after he was eligible to do so.

Did Marino play in SB?
Yes. First or second year in the league and lost to Washington.
His team lost to the 49ers.
LSU's David Woodley was the QB for the Dolphins when they lost to Washington. Bob Griese's Dolphins beat the Redskins in Super Bowl VII.

To me it is unquestionably Barry Sanders. Of the rest Ed Reed is probably next.
Agree, but then I would include Wille Roaf.
