Lets wait to see what happens on Thursday. The Giants always seem to pummel the Skins. It would be a huge win if the Skins can get that one..

lol no

The Cowboys play both their games with the ******** late in the season, so they'll have Romo/Dez back.

The Cowboys will go 2-5 in their next 7 games, and still probably be tied for the division lead.

Giants always seem to have slow starts and then hit their stride.

Either way, I think we can all agree it's a terrible division

Romo is going to be out almost the entire season and the same for dez. Randle can't get it done behind the line but they're sticking with him regardless. It's setting up for disaster

Obviously, we don't know anything for sure yet. But it's certainly possible he could only miss 8 weeks. That would put him back for both games against Washington.

Would've been the cowboys, but now, yes.

Giants are still weak.

Eagles offense is a joke.

Here's the thing about estimates, it just sounds easier than it is

He comes back there will be adjustment, he may not be 100%, and as a result of those things, he may not be very good.

Then there's the possibility it's longer than 8 weeks, additional setbacks

Then we're counting on him to win every remaining game essentially.

It sucks for the Cowboys because it felt like their year, but those are the breaks and no romo, no dez means no optimism

Not really.

The Redskins will probably be 6-5 (at best) going into that Cowboys game on Dec. 7

So the Cowboys have to win 3 games in 9 weeks, basically. They play the Eagles at home. They get the two best teams in the NFC South at home (Atlanta and Carolina).

If they can pull off this win against Atlanta next week (game is a pick in Vegas right now), they'll be in more than okay shape.

ETA: Romo will not need surgery, by the way.

If you ask me, the Cowboys success going forward is hinging on a lot of things falling the right way. Don't see it

i do feel I need to re evaluate the preseason consensus on the Redskins if I'm too have success in fantasy foozball this week

I think you could say that for every single team in the NFC East.

Big game this Sunday. They'll be fine if they can beat Atlanta.

It's not cowboy hate either. You can check my post history. I expected big things from them this season. I believe you may be a little bias. I also thought Sam Bradford was effing dreadful from the day he took his first NFL snap so I wasn't expecting too much there. I didn't however anticipate philly sucking so badly on defense; however that may be a product of the worst starting quarterback in the NFL

I'm not a Cowboys fan.

I just think they have a much improved defense with Lee back, and the best offensive line in football.

The only memories we have from Brandon Weedon are him with a terrible team in Cleveland. He'll have all day to throw, with some decent weapons still in place. Witten will be his best friend.

It's a long season in a crap division. I still think the Cowboys are the favorites.

Maybe so, it's just that more likely than not, losing your starting QB and your star WR for at least half the season is too much to overcome regardless of the division. I think WAS run blocking is on or with the boys right now, I watched Matt jones gain over 100 yards without being touched on the St. Louis front seven.

They also shave not played on the road. 6-10 team in my opinion.

4-4 at home
2-6 on the road

bc we are back to playing redskins football, which is smash mouth. Still having problem in pass protection but running the ball has been great.

Cousins has brought stability to the QB position

Not really. He is managing the game. The play calling has been dial back big time which is good. Letting him just sling it out there like before leads for more 3 and 4 int games. Even with that he is lucky not to have 6 INT's already this year.

but no we are not

Cowboys D is playing very well, and will only get better after week 4 when Hardy and McClain return. Gregory will be back soon too.

The line can protect weeden and he might be servicable. If he doesn't turn it over and our D/Special Teams gets him extra drives and short fields then I have confidence they can succeed.

We can still beat the Falcons, saints, bucks, eagles and maybe Giants all before November 15. Leaves losses to Pats and Seahawks and the toss up I mentioned with NY.

That's 7 games plus a bye week. 8 weeks.
