I think it's possible, but I also think LeBron is always capable of winning a game by himself.

I think the GOAT is worth at least one win.

Curry and Green let Lebron get a game out of respect and the kindness of their hearts.
GS 4-1*

Better question is how many injuries does LeBron fake/play up trying to have his own flu game?

Golden State sweeps or the Cavs win in 7.
These are the only two options.
If the Warriors go up 2-0 and they get up early in game 3, LeBron will quit.
If the Warriors split the first 2 at home, they are in for a war.

RTR...
How many games has Lebron missed in his career because of injury? I know he had 10 or so this year. Saw he only played around 62 games a couple years ago. Do you know a ballpark figure?

Yes. The Cavs blew out the competition in the last games of the last two series, but they derped a lot at the end of a couple games with Chicago and game 3 with Atlanta (which should have been a blowout with Horford out). If LeBron misses that shot in Game 4 against Chicago, they are probably not here. The Warriors won't lose at home and could easily break their backs in Game 3.

I would never do that. It's not even an option.

I like how people throw around the word sweep as if it's a common occurrence. It doesn't happen often because it's difficult to do. Of all of the possible outcomes, I can say for certain a sweep won't happen.
This just has a feel of one of those instances of the public being completely wrong about a series. The public thought 2012 OKC would be competitive, and they should've been. It turned out not to be.
I really cannot make a statistical argument because there really is none to make. GS is the team to beat. In my opinion, it comes down to not knowing how Finals newbies will react to the situation.
You know, things like "pressure?" That shite is real. Pressure is simply the induction of the fight-or-flight response that is in all of us. Some choose to fight, those are the people we like to say are "clutch." Some choose to run, those are the ones that "choke."
We always hear experience experience experience and how much it matters. Well unless you have a full squad of alphas, it matters. The reason why experience matters is because you can actually change how your nervous system responds to certain situations once you've been exposed to them enough. The flighty guys can eventually adapt to not being flighty.
That's why someone like Lebron who once wanted nothing to do with crunch time is much more comfortable in those spots. He's simply been in those high pressure situations enough times that his body no longer has the physiological response that used to create his flight response.
There is nothing that can prepare you for an NBA Finals series but an NBA Finals series. We just don't know if GS will perform to the level that they're capable of. If they do, it's a given, they will win. But it's far from a given that they'll shrug off the same nerves that everyone has to deal with in stressful situations. No one on that team has had to do it. The WCFs are not the NBA Finals.
tl;dr - I think this will be a much closer series than most others do.
