Anyone have experience with NASCAR Hot Passes?

If so tell me about them.
Looks like we have some for the race in Miami. I'm aware we won't be able to see the whole track from the infield ground, but you can't beat free.
Will some rednecks let us up on their trailer and slam Milwaukee's Best with us?

Have never been to Homestead, so I can't say specifically for there, but for all tracks you only see a portion of the track from the infield.
Most fans are pretty hospitable, so yeah you should find some cool places to hang out and watch on TV, if not up on a rig.
Hot passes get you in the garage area during the race. If a car wrecks or has a fixable mechanical problem, and they take it back into the garage area to repair it, you can watch. Also allows you back there post race, so you can see the drivers up close.
Not sure if hot passes allow you on pit road or not. last time I was in a NASCAR garage area was Atlanta in the early 90s before the hot passes were created. We had garage/paddock passes and could go pretty much anywhere we wanted back then.

I had them a couple of weeks ago in Martinsville. I'm not a NASCAR fan in anyway but it was a lot of fun. The con is you don't have a seat and yes it can be hard to see but you are actually in the action. We ended up sitting with a team just behind the crew chief and above the pit.
Really cool, enjoy and hang out next to the #2 car and get ready to throw fists.

Why is that funny? Is that not true anymore?

They allow shorts now apparently. But this is an issue as my brother always tries to dress all fricking "fancy" and break dress code rules. Its pretty much the most annoying thing ever. On the flip side, he'll probably fit in more than we do all over Miami.

Same here and that was what we were thinking. Just move over to him when its over and get on TV in a huge fight. Its for my bachelor party so it would make a great story.

Lady with NASCAR said we can watch pit stops and every thing. I'm pretty excited about it. I stopped watching about 10 years ago but now I'm pumped and ready to watch this Sunday.
