Not exactly a main stream sport but living here in SoCal it's a bit more relevant than other places. I've loved it since I was a kid. Kinda made me a bit of an outcast growing up in South LA. LOL

Yeah Rouge. MX is motocross or it goes by the Outdoor series or the Nationals.

Don't follow it now, but did as a kid. Grew up durring its prime with Carmichael and McGrath on top. Actually from same city as Carmichael and met him a couple times. Super nice guy. Might be one of the better live events. Kind of weird how the sport has evolved. Flat bills, white shades, etc.

I have lived in So Cal on and off for the last 20 years and similar to you I was raised in South Louisiana
It is a sport more are interested in participating in then following somewhat like sport fishing
I remember attending big events at Glen Helen about 10 to 15 years ago
Not sure they still have Motocross there but it was a huge event if I remember right
