I have no idea who to go with in Week 1 for Survivor.

Cinci @ Oakland seems safe, and a lot of people will probably pick that, but its Week 1...

No joke.

I don't like taking the away team, but I may just have to. May go with Carolina over Jags and try to live to see next week. Maybe then, I'll have a better feel of who is good and who's not.

I have only 3 or 4 home teams winning this week.

Arizona is a good one. Not many will pick that. I usually take a team that isnt in the consensus top 5. That way when one loses, a large percentage of the pool is done.

Week 1 has 7 homedogs. All of the favorites in those matchups look too easy so I already know out of the 1000+ in the pool we will lose no less than 200 in week 1.

Yes I am a Saintsfan but I really see us losing this game. The Saints killed many people last year and no way Im touching them in week 1. I used them last year against Minnesota and got the win early.

It's a tough week. I want to go Titans over Bucs. My gut is telling me to look somewhere else.

Official pick: Minnesota over San Fran

Panthers over Jags.

Good luck to all after I'm bounced in week one.

My first instinct in survivor was to go with the Vikings in week 1. I am sure I will change my mind 100 times before then though.

Going against a West Coast team on the late MNF slot, on the road, very risky.

It's a pretty competitive slate of games this week, GB, Carolina and Miami seem the best picks to me, but they're all road. I guess GB because they've had Chicago's number for years.

I'm locked in with the Panthers now. This was a tough week to pick, so I took a bit of a risk by going with a road team. Hopefully I can get past Week 2 this year...
