Albert Pujols is on pace to hit over 50 HRs this year

He would be the third oldest player to hit 50 HRs after Barry Bonds and Mark McGwire. I don't know why Pujols isn't getting more pub for the great season he's having. What he's doing at this stage of his career has been very impressive.

I'm impressed, I thought he was heading on a downward trend at the beginning of the year. Thought injuries and age had finally caught up with him.

He was even though his numbers still put him in top tier of 1B... I thought this season would see a real decline though
