Thats an unfortunate name right? But then you consider the fact that the OKC bombing was 21 years ago and this kid is a Jr. Most juniors in college are 19-20. Does that mean that his parents named him that KNOWING about the terrorist? This is why you watch the news lol.

Yeah, I don't know about that. Kiddie rapers are bad but mass murderers are up there, too.

More people have heard of McVeigh then they have Sandusky as well.

I read that he was born 8 months before the OKC bombing.

"I get questioned on my name all the time, especially at airports," said the Air Force sophomore running back, who was born eight months before Timothy McVeigh carried out the most deadly act of domestic terrorism in the nation's history in Oklahoma City.

I would think it odd that parents would pick a name so infamous, assuming they knew about it at the time of naming their child, but it could be a family name that they really wanted to use.

I would have probably avoided it myself, for my child's sake, but I would have to know the situation.

I'd put a brainwashed domestic terrorist over a kid fricker any day.

It wasn't infamous when he was born. OKC happened when he was eight months old.

Even if that domestic terrorist murdered 168 people including numerous children?

I did notice that his birthdate isn't on his roster bio. They probably don't want to put all of their personal info on there.

I mean, they could've renamed him before he was old enough to know his name. Or he could have gone by his middle name.

I was thinking the same thing. He wouldn't have known the difference.
