A&M's Kirk Merritt facing 2 counts indecent exposure

Texas A&M junior WR Kirk Merritt faces two charges of indecent exposure.
Merritt has plead not guilty to those charges on March 27. He is being accused of exposing himself to two tutors on consecutive days in October of 2016. The 5-foot-11, 205-pounder's next court date has not yet been set. While we often see players suspended when legal matters are being sorted out, Merritt has been taking part in practices with the Aggies this spring. He sat out the past season after transferring over from Oregon as a sophomore last summer.

I follow recruiting pretty closely for LSU. The article says he was a highly sought after recruit from Destrehan. I don't remember him for some reason.

he was a top 10 player from louisiana and had offers from everyone. including LSU. chose oregon on NSD

The recruiting board loved that kid. Wanted him bad but he wanted to play in a spread. Went to Oregon and couldn't find the field so he transferred to A&M

He eliminated LSU fairly early. Wanted to get out of state. He had incredible measurables coming out of high school

LSU took a ton of WRs that year and they offered him pretty late into the game

His dad pimped him around on the LSU recruiting board and on 247 while he was under the radar. The second he got a whiff of attention his dad shite on LSU and LSU had no shot.
