You are a coordinator, O or D, it does't matter, in a Power 5 Conference.
Another Power 3 program is romancing you. Assuming the money is pretty much the same, how important to your decision is being able to select your own staff?

Depends on how long nice been with my staff.

I probably would take a DLine coach line O and a DB coach like Raymond. Because every defense works better with good dlinemen and good DBs

I would assume since it's not MY staff, that I wouldn't even think much about it. I might bring it up if I have a guy that I'd really like to take with me, but it would not be a deal breaker if it's huge program.

Very important!

You don't get many chances to be a head coach on the collegiate level. You have to have total faith in your assistants. They are the ones call your plays/signals, developing your talent and recruiting your players.

In general I imagine you want to work with good coaches. coach o and Raymond had good reputations as recruiters and position coaches.

I don't think it would be a deal breaker for any DC that coaches LBs unless he was a control freak or was particularly ties to a position coach.
