Hint, they rarely ever play highly talented teams... And when they do.... They lose...




Note to AD's out there... Don't be fooled by Wisky coaches overall records if your hiring one of them....

Bartoo is such a sharp guy on this stuff and how coaches win and lose in accordance with their recruiting rankings/roster talent.

The answer is Barry Alvarez. He's instituted a culture at Wisco that does not change no matter the coach. They have an identity and they stick to it. Don't need flashy recruits when the beef up front roadgrates teams.

This needs more substance. They usually give some pretty good games to their foes.

It seems like they've changed a little bit over the last few years. They are more about smothering defense now and not as much about bludgeoning everyone with 5 gigantic humans on the offensive line
