I don't follow the NBA at ALL, but damn with 80+ games it seems impossible for a professional basketball team to not luck into 16 wins.

In 2011 the Charlotte Hornets/Bobcats? went 7-59.
That being said a teams only won less than 16 games 5 times in the last 10 seasons. Probably worth considering.

If I had to pick I would take the over but I wouldn't feel gold about it at all.
