Why does this seem to be mainly an issue at the 800 m distance? Wouldn't these androgynous people have an advantage in virtually any athletic competition against women? The sprinters seem very feminine, even Flo Jo who is by far the GOAT, even if it was PED related.

By what reasoning? The fact she was born a woman just with high testosterone? I'm not saying Transsexuals should be allowed to compete as women.
