On the 7? You go for it. You don't hinge your game on an onside kick. You're 7 yards away and 2 plays from tying the game. You go for it there.

Kirk Ferentz just kicked the FG and then tried (unsuccessfully) the onside kick. I was blown away at the decision, but was wondering if others agreed with him.
