What if I told you, that the fastest guy on the hardwood wasn’t Allen Iverson.

My 30,000th post is dedicated to one of my favorite childhood players and the lightning bolt of the New Jersey Fast Break™, Kerry Kittles

>

Kerry Kittles played high school basketball at St. Augustine in New Orleans before getting a scholarship to Villanona.

Unfortunately, injuries shortened his career but he went back to Villanova to get his MBA. Afterwards, he started working on Wall Street and then opened his own company. He even worked for the Brooklyn Nets for bit.

• Big East Player of the Year (1995)
• Posted a career-high 40 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assists and 3 steals against the Milwaukee Bucks on 4/13/97
• Set an NBA rookie record in 1996-97 with 158 three-pointers
• Named to the 1996-97 NBA All-Rookie Second Team after averaging 16.4 ppg, 3.9 rpg, 3.0 apg and 1.91 spg

I'd respectfully disagree. It was AI.

Matt Maloney draining threes on passes from 3 HOFers and Travis Knight doing Shaq's dirty work.

Actually they're Apex. I'm sure plenty of Arky fans can chime in on their uni designs in 90s.

I was a big fan of Kittles at Nova.

Only slightly related, but I think Marcus Camby is one of the most underrated players in the history of the league.
