Used to love the sound of the Audi diesel's way back when. Is Peugeot and Audi still trading punches in their class?

Outside of Indy I think this is the best race in motorsports. I was really hoping an LMP2 would somehow pull the upset and win overall but it was a good race. Oh and what about that heartbreak for Jordan Taylor and the Corvette at the end? Meanwhile Ferrari completes a 1-2-3 podium finish in GT-AM & 4 out of the top 5

Yeh the Aston at the 5 minute mark attempting and completing that pass in the corner and Taylor retaking the lead with the bump. Thinking that's the puncture. Wow! That's was racing

Gotta feel bad for Taylor there 1st to 3rd with one lap to go.

Also this race is awesome just because of the endurance that is required of both the drivers and machines. I think each car has around 3000 gear shifts during the race

It sucks but I'm not going to feel that bad for him. He & his brother have won the first 5 races of the WSCC season plus Jordan won Le Mans a few years ago too.

And Toyota continues the streak as well.

I still honestly can't get over last year. It was tough enough just being a fan watching that I can't imagine what it felt like being apart of that team.

Watched an hour of it last night but I'll be honest, I had a hard time getting it. Different classes and I don't know the actual course.

Unbelievable race. I watched damn near the whole thing... except for when the BB game was on.

Gutted for Corvette Racing. They almost had it. And for Risi Competizione... what a crap move by that P2 driver.

Yep. Garcia was dehydrated from his 4 stint run and they gave it to Taylor. Dude was driving the wheels off the car (though not literally like Milner).

Flat tire on last lap. Damn.

Tough break for Corvette. I was really hoping the Jackie Chan LMP2 car could pull out the Overall.

Watching those LMP1 cars fail back to back to back during the night was entertaining.

Same here... Plus it gave more air time to the GT cars, which are far more entertaining IMO.

I agree, I love the GTs a lot more than the prototypes. I do wonder what they are going to do with the P1s in the future. Do they slow the P2s back down for next year or what? I'm not sure the WEC wants to see Porsche or Toyota beat by a lower class.
