Habs get stuck with an awful GM Bergevin and Coach Therrien because they refuse to hire someone who can't speak French.

It's won by Canadian players every year.

They send their guys down here to win the cup and it travels to Canada every year with the guys that win.

I know they want to win it pretty badly, but the olympic gold is a huge deal as well since it's Canadians all on the same side.

Iginla does not get nearly enough credit for that goal. He stole the puck on the forecheck, fights off two defenders, and makes a perfect pass, BLIND, right on to Crosby's stick.

Oh, and the Stanley Cup is in America. Where it belongs.

Yeah, I mean Crosby put it where it needed to be, but the possession and pass were money and it was a soft goal.

I have not seen who they put on their team. Team USA is a JV team though. But they finished first in their group.

I have no problems with a Canadian team winning the cup - except for the french speaking sissies. Those assclowns could never win a game again and I'd be happy.

Canada's Roster.

LINK

Goaltending is a concern with Smith, but they have Crosby, Giroux, Seguin, Hall, and Spezza and Duchene are tied for the tournament lead in points with 11 in 7 games.

ETA - USA Roster is pretty bad, but Eichel scored the game winner against Slovakia. They did lose to Belarus though, who are the cinderella of the tournament (ironically with a Canadian goalie).

I've never met a Canadian who liked people from Quebec. Of course, I imagine if they are from Quebec, that would change.

And for twenty of those years my stepdad never shut up about it. He's gone now but for his memory I hope a Canadian team does win.

O Canada!

Oh also, downvoted.
