Murder Mystery at Baltusrol
Around midnight, on that frosty February date, two men burst through the farmhouse door while the Rolls were sleeping, according to testimony provided to authorities by Roll's wife, Susanna. After demanding to know where the money was, the intruders, she said, "dragged my husband out of bed, punched and beat him, and took him out of the house."

The Thurs/Fri pairing of Mickelson/McIlroy/Day will be fun to watch.

Is it always two weeks after the British? Seems like such a quick turnaround. I always feel like golf should stretch out the majors a bit more and that Augusta is too early in the year.

Have to think Jason Day and DJ will be the favorites again. Spieth will probably lurk somewhere in the top 10. Phil top 20

Might be a dumb question, but isn't this major usually in August?

Usually. David duval had a scheduling conflict so golf channel had it moved up.

These guys can have bad weeks then it comes back the next.

It's easy to favor a Johnson or Mickelson now, but I like McIlroy.

Fowler and Spieth seem to be way off lately. Hopefully they found some fixes for this week. Day should be alright to contend.

Par 3's are 195, 211, 220, & 230. That seems terrible.

Phil should play well as defending champ at this course and coming off the week of his life at the British so he obviously won't contend.

Day and Spieth are a bit off. Fowler is way off.

McIlroy seems like he could be close.

DJ and Stenson should be the favoritesame but I expect a somewhat surprise winner.

DJ is my favorite, JB Holmes and Sergio are my dark-horses ... DJ has finished top 6 in 6 straight tournaments with 2 wins and hasn't missed a cut this season ...
