He was tied for 23rd in the event.
He gets 34 points for his placement
505 was the weight he got to on the ladder.

Refer to the weights for the ladder I posted earlier. You have :30 to do the weight, then you move to the next one. You go until failure. so In this case 505 was the last successful deadlift attempt. They did this roughly 10 min after the trail run

Oh. Thank you. I think I'm confusing this Fraser guy with Froning (?). Does he still compete?

Well he won 4 in a row. He had a kid & he just wanted to try something new. I'm pretty sure his team won 1st or 2nd last year too

Depends on who you ask

Ben Smith won last year and has a few top 5 finishes

Fraser has been on the brink of winning getting 2nd the last 2 years

Noah Olsen won the CF open which is basically the worldwide qualifier for the games

Josh Bridges has some top 10 finishes

Every year tho they have some up and comers which makes it fun to watch.

That's pretty cool. And the athletes don't know what the routine is until the day of competition, right?

Women's Murph just starting on ESPN3. They are letting them partition the workout into 5 Rounds instead of going straight through

1 mile run

100 pullups
200 pushups
300 air squats

1 mile run

What is considered to be a good time in the Murph? I do this without the added weight from time to time but have no idea is my time approximates cross fit athletes.

Sabi, have you done Murph yet? I'm still holding my breath for you when we had that discussion a month ago. Lol!

Lester, Fraser looking scary good. He placed extremely well in the swim too. As long as he doesn't gas out like last year, I think this is his.
