Is this the best first round draft class ever? I don't know if the later rounds help up, didn't look all the way through. But this first round is loaded.
2011 First Round Picks
Top 11 picks consisted of the following: Cam, Von Miller, Dareus, AJ Green, Pat Pete, Julio, Aldon smith, Tyron Smith, and watt.
All those players (9 of the top 11) are among the best at their position in the NFL. Absurd.
And beyond the loaded top 11, there are other good-really good players:
Muhammed Wilkerson
Cam Heyward
Ingram
Cam Jordan
Jimmy Smith
Robert Quinn
Nate Solder
Ryan Kerrigan
Mike Pouncey

I don't know about that. That first round of the 2007 Draft, excluding that gem of a first overall pick you had Calvin Johnson, Joe Thomas, LaRon Landry, Patrick Willis, Adrian Peterson, Marshawn Lynch, Jon Beason, Timmons, Michael Griffin, Reggie Nelson, Bowe, Meriwether, Staley, Grubbs, Greg Olsen, Anthony Spencer.
Only a few drafts to choose from as being best ever 1st rounds, both are in there, but 17 Pro bowlers in that first round. And another 7 in the second.

And Darrel Revis yeah that's solid as well. Also the late Gaines Adams was in that class. RIP

I would still put it second to 1983 which had three HOF QBs in Marino, Elway and Kelly along with other all-time greats at their position like Dickerson, Green and Matthews. Outside of Cam, the QBs in the 2011 draft were awful.

Beyond the first round, that draft had some good depth too.

4th: KJ Wright, Jordan Cameron, Roy Helu, Cecil Shorts, Bilal Powell, Julius Thomas, Clint Boling, Davon House.
5th: Jacquizz Rodgers, Buster Skrine, Denarius Moore, Richard Sherman, Pernell McPhee, Marcus Cannon, Jeremy Kerley.

It has the potential to be the GOAT 1st round and Draft overall but it will be determined by how many greats become HOFers.

Andy Dalton is not awful. We'll see about Tyrod Taylor.

It's hard to argue with that amount of talent in this draft.
