$15 to make your all-time NBA team revisited

The original players and values were a little out of whack, so I've made some adjustments below, but here was the original:
*deleted original game because it was confusing people. Bottom line is the original game made you spend $15 but had player values screwed up IMO.
New Parameters
$18 to build your 5-man team. You can play guys out of position if you'd like (ex. LeBron @ PF)

3 - Chris Paul

5 - Jordan
4 - Kobe
4 - West
3 - Drexler
3 - Wade

What would you recommend then? The original game implied that Shaq and Kevin Durant are equally as valuable. The original game was broken at the center and PF positions.
