I'm trying to help a family member who has screwed up her finances
Where can I deposit and withdraw money easily as I need too...and make some interest at the same time...I'm over 60

There isn't much with flexibility except a savings account,if you have slot they have premium options but they're still not anything worth getting excited about

Not trying to interject myself in family business but you did post this online for conversation.
Just know there is a 99.9% chance whatever money you give you will never get back.
And after this money is blown they will keep coming back for more and more till ultimately YOU are somehow the POS in the deal.
Just be careful sir

On the same note, its better to ask what emergency bills need paid and pay them directly vs giving them a blank check. From my experience, if people are hurting financially then they usually had poor money management skills to get there. Throw them a lifevest, but not a raft. They'll end up getting comfortable from the bailout and sink it again. Instead, pay directly and make the one stipulation be that they must open up their books to you so that you can help them budget and get out of this mess. As a wise chinaman once said "Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime".
Trust me on this, and learn from my mistakes.

The OP did not say whose money would be deposited.
I assumed it was the family member's and he was going to manage it for them.
Can we get some clarification?
