Where does the dollar go from here?

The strength of the dollar right now is astounding. I've read a few articles that the federal reserve will start implementing some things to weaken the dollar and help exports.
Is it a case of other currencies just being weak? Wouldn't low interest rates and quantitative easing weaken the dollar?
Is now the time to look into investing somewhere else in the world since our money goes further?

Other counties being in a weaker financial position has helped strengthen our dollar. Interest rates are low worldwide.
My fear is if we begin to raise interest rates, it will strengthen our dollar more to the point where exports will be hurt.
